Johnston, deceased, File number 18000409CP, by the Circuit Court for Charlotte County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is Roger D. Eaton, Clerk of Court, Charlotte County Justice Center, 350 East Marion Ave, Punta Gorda, FL 33950; that the decedent's date of death was February 20, 2018; that the total value of the estate is -0- and that the names and addresses of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are:
