Martin, Housing Finance Authority of Manatee County, Florida, Sugar Mill Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc., United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Jennifer Sullivan, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 12th day of June, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
