NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15, 2018 and entered in 2013-CA-004864 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein MAIN STREET FUND, III, LLC, the Plaintiff and TOM WASHINGTON, IV; LARONNA WASHINGTON A/K/A LARONNA PATRICE YAWN; MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, PALAW, LLC; MANATEE COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR; MANATEE COUNTY CLERK OF COURT; GARY LAMAR DAVIS; and, CHERISH NICOLE DAVIS are the Defendants. Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on June 14, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK B, WASHINGTON GARDENS SEC. 2, A SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY.
