NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 18, 2018 and entered in Case No. 2017CA003739 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and NICK CADE, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE RUTH CADE REVOCABLE TRUST DATED JUNE 16, 2000; et. al., are Defendants, the Office of Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 19th day of June 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2 and the North 10 feet of Lot 4, Block B, Scrogin's Subdivision, of Lots 2 through 10 inclusive of Block “A” of Adams Subdivision of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 35, Township 34 South, Range 17 East, Bradenton, Florida, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 193, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
