NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 16, 2018, and entered in Case No. 53-2017-CA-002234 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which CIT Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Juanita P. Davis a/k/a Juanita Davis a/k/a Juanita Ruth Phillips, Highland Fairways Property Owner Association, Inc., State of Florida Department of Revenue, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 20th day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 483 OF HIGHLAND FAIRWAYS, PHASE III-B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 90, PAGES 5 & 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
