NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-002259 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit, in and for POLK County, Florida, where in BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS AND OTHER PERSONS OR UNKNOWN SPOUSES CLAIMING BY THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM K. RICHARDS, ROBYN RICHARDS A/K/A ROBIN RICHARDS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBYN RICHARDS A/K/A ROBIN RICHARDS, WILLIAM K. RICHARDS, JR., MARIE NICOLE RICHARDS a/k/a NICKI RICHARDS, BRENDA VICTORIA RICHARDS a/k/a TORI RICHARDS, EMILY RICHARDS, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on July 6, 2018, at 10:00 A.M., at www.polk.realforeclose.com , the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in POLK County, Florida, to wit:
LOT 1, UNRECORDED FORESTVIEW ESTATES, AS PER THE MAP THEREOF, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1678, PAGE 2119, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY FLORIDA; AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS: COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA AND RUN THENCE NORTH ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY THEREOF 30 FEET; RUN THENCE N. 89 DEGREES 58'00” E. 1050 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; CONTINUE THENCE N. 89 DEGREES 58'00” EAST 192.77 FEET; RUN THENCE N. 7 DEGREES 15' 39” W. 302.40 FEET; RUN THENCE S. 89 DEGREES 58'00” W. 154.55 FEET; RUN THENCE SOUTH 300 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. SUBJECT TO A UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT OVER THE NORTH 10 FEET AND A DRAINAGE EASEMENT OVER THE EASTERLY 20 FEET THEREOF.
TOGETHER WITH A 1995 NOBILITY DOUBLEWIDE MANUFACTURED HOME, HUD SERIAL #N-15646A/B AFFIXED THERETO AND MADE PART OF REAL PROPERTY.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
