NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 14, 2018, entered in Case No. 11-2017-CA-001573-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for IndyMac INDX Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-AR3, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-AR3 is the Plaintiff and Jose Sanchez; Gloria Frisneda; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on June 14, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 136, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 28, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 19 AND 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
