Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 16, 2018, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
APARTMENT NUMBER 201, BUILDING A, OF VILLE DE MARCO WEST CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, DATED MAY 12, 1972, RECORDED IN OR BOOK 521, PAGE 457, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, PUBLIC RECORDS, TOGETHER WITH ALL THE APPURTENANCES THERETO APPERTAINING.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on June 14, 2018 beginning at 11:00 AM.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with this clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
