NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of May, 2018, and entered in Case No. 11-2016-CA-001595-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Flonda, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-FF2,is the Plaintiff and ARTURO CARDOZO A/K/A ARTURO W. CARDOZO; TURTLE LAKE GOLF COLONY CONDOMINIUM APTS., INC. NO. 1; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEM, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN A DIVISION OF NATIONAL CITY BANK and AMERICAN PROPERTIES GROUP LLC, TRUSTEE OF THE TL 11-111 04-01-2015 LAND TRUST are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse, in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M., in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida
Statutes on the 14 day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL NO. 111, TURTLE LAKE GOLF COLONY CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, BUILDING NO. 11, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 835, PAGES 479 THROUGH 511, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO.
