NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 17, 2018 in Civil Case No. 51-2017-CA-001859-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-7 is Plaintiff and
ROME TRUST HOLDINGS, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AS TRUSTEE UNDER A TRUST AGREEMENT AND KNOWN AS TRUST NO. 3505 DATED MARCH 20, 2013, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court PAULA S. O`NEIL, PH.D, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 21st day of June, 2018 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 937, BEACON SQUARE, UNIT EIGHT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 32-32A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
