The Summary Administration of the estate of WALTER RICHARD KROL, deceased, File Number 2018-CP-001922-SC is pending in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 2000 Main Street, Sarasota, FL 34237. The name and address of the Petitioner and the Petitioner's attorney are set forth below.
ALL CREDITORS OF THE DECEDENT ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent's estate on whom a copy of this notice is served must File a written statement of their claim with the court WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM, even though the Petitioner has recognized the claim or demand by paying a part of it or interest on it or otherwise.
All other creditors of the decedent and persons having claims or demands against the decedent's estate must file a written statement of their claim with the court WITHIN THREE MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS AND OBJECTIONS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED EVEN THOUGH NO OBJECTION OT THE CLAIM IS FILED UNLESS THE COURT EXTENDS THE TIME IN WHICH THE CLAIM MAY BE FILED. AN EXTENSION MAY BE GRANTED ONLY UPON GROUNDS OF FRAUD, ESTOPPEL, OR INSUFFICIENT NOTICE OF THE CLAIMS PERIOD.
