NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 16, 2018, and entered in Case No. 36-2017-CA-002961 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which The Bank of NewYork Mellon FKA The Bank of NewYork, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2006-OA10 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OA10, is the Plaintiff and Sunset Pointe at Fort Myers Condominium Association, Inc., Fraibel Hernandez, Teresa J. Hernandez, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 14 day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
