Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 17 day of May, 2018, and entered in case No. 17-CC-000731 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein EAGLE POINTE PHASE I COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and JEANNETTE DESIREE ROBERTS, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEANNETTE DESIREE ROBERTS now known as JOHN DAVID ROBERTS and THE UNKNOWN TENANT/OCCUPANT IN POSSESSION n/k/a JEFF KUNTZ are the Defendants.
That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day of June, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 2, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS CYPRESS POINTE PHASE II, according to the plat or map thereof recorded in Plat Book 51, Page 61 through 64, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
