NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 10, 2018, and entered in Case No. 36-2017-CA-002640 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-22, is the Plaintiff and Graciela B. Ristrano a/k/a Graciela Ristrano, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Cecilia Castillo, Unknown Party #2 n/k/a Rogelio Castillo, Dominick G. Delli Paoili, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for America's Wholesale Lender, its successors and assigns, Sergio H. Salamanca, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 13 day of September, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
