UNIT 4, IN BUILDING 11, OF VICTORIA TERRACE, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4451, PAGE(S) 418 AND PHASING AMENDMENT FOR PHASE II AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4492, PAGE 1750, AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 54, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it, on Kahane & Associates, P.A., Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 8201 Peters Road, Suite 3000, Plantation, FLORIDA 33324 on or before JUNE 25th 2018, a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the BUSINESS OBSERVER and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
