NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Sale entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, Case No. 2015-CA-003945, in which HMC ASSETS, LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FUND II TRUST, is Plaintiff, and ANATOLY NARODITSKY; MARCIA NARODITSKY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; and UNKNOWN TENANT #2, Defendants and any and all unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under or against a named defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described, the Clerk will sell the following described property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Parcel 1:
The North 30 feet of the South 90 feet of the West 120 feet of Lot 6, Block 1, Southside Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 18, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; and
Parcel 2:
The South 60 feet of the West 120 feet of Lot 6, Block 1, Southside Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 18, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
Property Address: 5818 S 6th St, Tampa, FL 33611
Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 am on the 19th day of July, 2018, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
