HORNING; PAUL HORNING; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; THE VILLAS CONDOMINIUMS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
