THOMAS; SOUTH FORK OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY II HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; MIDLAND FUNDING LLC, are the Defendants.
