TOMKO A/K/A MINDY ALICE LESSARD; JOHN M. TOMKO; WATERFORD LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants, Tiffany Moore Russell, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Orange County, Florida at 11:00 am on the 19th day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
