Professional Engineering Services to Design Underground Conversion of Power Lines
The City of Winter Park, Florida (“City”), in conformance with Florida law, and the policies and procedures of the City, including but not limited to the City Procurement Policy, is soliciting submissions from qualified firms or entities to provide Professional Engineering Services to Design Underground Conversion of Power Lines.
Submissions must be received and time stamped by the Procurement Office no later than 2:00 p.m. (local time) on June 28, 2018. Any submissions received after the referenced time will not be accepted under any circumstances, and the scheduled due date and time for submission will be scrupulously observed. Any uncertainty regarding the time a submission is received will be resolved against the respondent. Submissions after this designated time shall be returned unopened. The City, at its sole discretion, may delay the scheduled due date(s) indicated above if it is advantageous to the City to do so. The City will post all changes in scheduled due dates by written addendum posted to the City's website: www.cityofwinterpark.org/procurement.
Firms or entities interested in responding to this RFQ shall submit one (1) original, three (3) copies, and one (1) electronic copy on USB Flash Drive of their submission directly to the City's Procurement Office in City Hall, West Wing, by the submission deadline to the attention of:

No fax or electronic submissions will be accepted.
The City, through written inquiries submitted in writing through VendorLink, will receive and answer questions regarding this RFQ. The deadline for receipt of written inquiries will be seven (7) business days prior to the date and time of the public opening of submissions.
