NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 21, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-005725-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON f/k/a THE BANK OF NEW YORK as Trustee for FIRST HORIZON ALTERNATIVE MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2005-AA10, is the Plaintiff and Jose Laboy, Roberto Ortiz, Robinson Hills Community Association, Inc., Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Nat Gair, Unknown Party #2 nka Travis Martin, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 20th day of November, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 481, ROBINSON HILLS PHASE 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGE(S) 77-78, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
