NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 1, 2018, entered in Case No. 482018CA005671A001OX of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as Trustee for Saxon Asset Securities Trust 2003-2, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2003-2 is the Plaintiff and Indra B. Savory a/k/a Indra Bhawanie a/k/a Indra Bhawanie-Savory; Unknown Spouse of Indra B. Savory a/k/a Indra Bhawanie a/k/a Indra Bhawanie-Savory; Carlos D. Savory a/k/a Carlos Savory; Sand Lake Village Condominium Association, Inc.; Orange County, Florida are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 15th day of November, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOWN AS UNIT B29 OF SAND LAKE VILLAGE (SECTION 1, PHASE 2), A CONDOMINIUM, SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESERVATIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SAND LAKE VILLAGE (SECTION 1, PHASE 2), A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3482, PAGE 2762 AND AS SHOWN BY PLAT PLANS OF THE CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM EXHIBIT BOOK 8, PAGE 137, ALL OF THE FOREGOING BEING OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE LAND, COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON SURPLUS, AND A SIMILAR PERCENTAGE INTEREST IN THE COMMON EXPENSES OF THE CONDOMINIUM APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
