NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 25, 2018 entered in Civil Case No.: 2016-CA-008050-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, Foreclosure Sale will be held online via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com pursuant to Judgment or Order of the Court and Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 11:00 AM on the 4th day of December, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 10, PITMAN ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGES 100-102, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
More commonly known as: 2818 SHEILA DRIVE, APOPKA, FL 32.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
