NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 8, 2018 and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-006299-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-OPT1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OPT1, is Plaintiff and MAXIMO S. MINO A/K/A MAXIMO MINO; BETTY MINO; et. al., are Defendants, the Office of Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 7th day of December 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 323, Piedmont Lakes, Phase III, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 20, Pages 34 through 36, Public Records of Orange County, Florida and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
