NOTICE OF CONDEMNATION CITY OF WINTER GARDEN, FLORIDA
Pursuant to Chapter 18, Art. II. of the Winter Garden Code of Ordinances, notice is hereby given to all persons having any interest or right, whether as owners, heirs, personal representatives, occupants, lienholders, or otherwise, in such real estate as described herein, that the City of Winter Garden Commission will hold a public hearing on December 13, 2018 at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall, located at 300 West Plant Street, Winter Garden, Florida, to determine whether an order of condemnation made by the city building inspector should be confirmed in all respects regarding the following property:

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED THAT AN INSPECTION OF THE AFORESAID PROPERTY HAS REVEALED CAUSE TO CONDEMN THE STRUCTURE(S) LOCATED THEREON AS SET FORTH IN SECTION 18, ART. II OF THE WINTER GARDEN CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR
VIOLATIONS OF ยงยง 18-151, 18-155 & 18-159, WINTER GARDEN CODE OF ORDINANCES. All persons having any interest or right in the above-described property must appear before the Winter Garden City Commission at the public hearing to show cause, if any, why the order of condemnation made by the city building inspector should not be confirmed in all respects. Failure to protest the order of condemnation or to appear and show cause why the order of condemnation should not be confirmed shall result in all persons having any right or interest in the above-referenced being forever foreclosed and barred of claiming any damage because of the destruction of the property described in the condemnation order. A condemnation order will result in the destruction and removal of the structure(s) upon the above-described property and a lien being placed against the property for the cost of such.
