NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 9, 2018 in Civil Case No. 2017-CA-006835-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR TOWD POINT MASTER FUNDING TRUST 2017-PM22 is the Plaintiff, and EDWIN C FOUTS; KAREN T FOUTS; JASON R. WRIGHT; CRYSTAL L. WRIGHT; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-3 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-3; PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT GROUP, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A ROCHELLE WEST, UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A AUSTIN WEST; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on November 26, 2018 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK L, PINE HILLS SUBDIVISION NO. 11, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK T, PAGES 99 AND 100 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
