NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien which is dated June 25, 2018 and recorded July 9, 2018, in Official Records Book 2737, Page 1944 as Instrument Number 201841069821, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at SMUGGLERS COVE BEACH RESORT Manager's Office, 1501 Gulf Drive North Bradenton Beach, FL 34217 on the 28th day of November, 2018, at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property located in Manatee County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit Numbers and Week Numbers (as set forth below) in SMUGGLERS COVE BEACH RESORT, a Condominium, as per to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1028, Page 828, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, and all amendments thereto.
