NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 3, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2018CA002883AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS, CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-12T1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-12T1, is Plaintiff and ROBIN T. MACDONALD A/K/A ROBIN MACDONALD; HEATHER MACDONALD; COUNTRY CLUB/EDGEWATER VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Angelina M. Colonneso, Clerk of Circuit Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 4TH day of DECEMBER, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, LAKEWOOD RANCH COUNTRY CLUB VILLAGE, SUBPHASE MM A/K/A LACANTERA, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 146 THROUGH 164, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
