Unit 6 in Tract “D” of CASA LOMA, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1286, Page 348, Public Records of Polk County, Florida, and all exhibits and amendments thereof recorded in Condominium Book 1, Pages 1 through 6, Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Property Address: 6 Loma Alta, Lakeland, FL 33813.
has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, Polk County, Florida, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to the Complaint, if any, to Gregory A. Sanoba, Esq., 422 South Florida Avenue, Lakeland, Florida 33801, on or before 12/3/2018, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
