NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 17, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2018CA001510000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-HE7, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff, and BETTY JEAN HARRIS A/K/A BETTY HARRIS A/K/A BETTY J. HARRIS, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of November, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2, in Block 769, of POINCIANA NEIGHBORHOOD 5 NORTH VILLAGE 3, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 54, Pages 27 through 42, inclusive, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
