NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 18, 2018, entered in Case No. 2018CA001556000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Rebecca Ann Sidlaruk a/k/a Rebecca Sidlaruk; Nicholas G. Sidlaruk; Aqua Finance, Inc.; State Bank and Trust Company d/b/a State Bank and Trust are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 26th day of November, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 17 AND 18, BLOCK 4, MARELLA TERRACE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 10, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THAT PART OF THE 2.5 FEET WIDE VACATED RIGHT-OF-WAY LYING SOUTH OF LOT 18.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
