NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 23, 2018, and entered in Case No. 11-2018-CA-000998 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wilmington Trust, NA, successor trustee to Citibank, N.A., as Trustee f/b/o holders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., Bear Stearns ALT-A Trust 2006-5, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-5, is the Plaintiff and Armando J. Ascione, Susana D. Ascione a/k/a Susana Ascione, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Michael Eastman, Unknown Party #2 n/k/a Maryann Marsello, Veronawalk Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 26 day of November, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 1048, VERONAWALK PHASE 3A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 1 THROUGH 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
