NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien which is dated August 8, 2018 and was recorded August 16, 2018, in Official Records Book 5543, Page 3586, as Instrument #5600818 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and the Claim of Lien which is dated August 23, 2018 and was recorded September 12, 2018 in Official Records Book 5551, Page 2641 as Instrument Number 5610782, all of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at WHITE SANDS CLUB RESORT Manager's Office, 260 3rd Street South, Naples, FL on the 29th day of November, 2018, at 11:30 a.m., the following described real property located in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
