NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
CIVIL ACTION
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on November 26, 2018, at eleven o'clock, a.m. in the lobby, on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit No. 8, in Building 161 of Granada Lakes Villas Condominium, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 3969, Page 1537, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as set forth in said Declaration.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
