NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure in the above,captioned matter, the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as: Florida Alcoholic Beverage License No. 21 -00849, a Series 4COP alcoholic beverage license issued by the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco for use in Collier County, will he sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at 11:00 a.m. on the third floor Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, on November 26, 2018. Please use the Business Observer to publish the Notice of Sale.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
