NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 10, 2018, and entered in 2015CA001315CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-12 is the Plaintiff and YOGENDRA S. DHANIK; YOGENDRA S. DHANIK, AS TRUSTEE OF THE YOGENDRA S. DHANIK REVOCABLE TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 9, 2007; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE YOGENDRA S. DHANIK REVOCABLE TRUSTDATED FEBRUARY 9, 2007; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR AEGIS WHOLESALE CORPORATION; OAK GROVE P.U.D. HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on November 20, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
