THE SOUTHEASTERLY 1/2 OF LOT 22, BLOCK “C” OF NEW PORT RICHEY ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 79 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE MOST NORTHERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 22; THENCE RUN SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG THE WESTERLY RIGHT-OF WAY OF RIVER DRIVE A DISTANCE OF 25 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE CENTER OF THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN SOUTHWESTERLY AND PARALLEL TO THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT TO THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT; THENCE RUN NORTHEASTERLY ALONG THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT TO THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF RIVER DRIVE; THENCE RUN NORTHWESTERLY A DISTANCE OF 25 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
AND ALSO
ALL OF LOTS 23 AND 24, BLOCK “C” OF NEW PORT RICHEY ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 79 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to file a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Amelia Hallenberg Beard, McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLC, 225 E. Robinson St. Suite 155, Orlando, FL 32801 and file the original with the Clerk of the above- styled Court on or before DEC 03 2018 or 30 days from the first publication, otherwise a Judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
