NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 17, 2018 and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-000447-CAAXWS J2 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit, in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein M&T BANK is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS AND OTHER PERSONS OR UNKNOWN SPOUSES CLAIMING BY THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF FRANK MCGOVERN A/K/A FRANK C., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANK MCGOVERN A/K/A FRANK C. MCGOVERN, FOX WOOD AT TRINITY COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., SUZANNE ALBENZE F/K/A SUZANNE MCGOVERN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUZANNE ALBENZE F/K/A SUZANNE MCGOVERN N/K/A MIKE ALBENZE, FLORIDA GOVERNMENTAL UTILITY AUTHORITY, MARIANNE BATTISTA, as Personal Representative and Co-Trustee, BRITTNEY MCGOVERN, SUZANNE MCGOVERN AS LEGAL GUARDIAN OF THE MINOR CHILD TAYLOR MCGOVERN, SHARON BROCK, are the Defendant(s), the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on NOVEMBER 29, 2018 at 11:00 A.M., at www.pasco.realforeclose.com , the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in PASCO County, Florida, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
