Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 18, 2018, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, Paula O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOT 3, BLOCK C, CONCORD STATION PHASE 1 - UNITS A AND B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 19044 CHISLEHURST DR, LAND O LAKES, FL 34638; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on November 26, 2018 at 11:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
