Commence at the Northeast corner of Block B, Oak Park, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 53, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; thence run West 148.00 ft. for a Point of Beginning; thence South 83.00 feet, thence run West 76.32 feet; thence run North 83.00 feet to a point 76.54 feet West of Point of Beginning, thence run East to Point of Beginning.
