YOU ARE NOTIFIED that Plaintiff, ROXANNE MORGAN (the “Plaintiff'), has filed an action against you seeking to quiet title on the following property in Sarasota County, Florida:
LOT 14, PRINCE'S GATE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 60, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH: THAT PART OF A PUBLIC CANAL, AS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT OF PRINCE'S GATE, AND DESCRIBED THEREON AS “CANAL”, LYING NORTH OF AN ADJACENT TO SAID LOT 14, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT14; THENCE N0°03'04”E, 2.32 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE FACE OF A CONCRETE SEAWALL; THENCE ALONG THE FACE OF SAD SEAWALL FOR THE NEXT FOUR COURSES OF A SURVEY MEANDER LINE, SAID LINE CLOSELY FOLLOWING BUT NOT DUPLICATING THE MEANDERS OF SAID SEAWALL N87°14'12”E, 7.38 FEET; THENCE N72°52'27”E, 21.85 FEET, THENCE LINE OF SAID LOT 14, SAID POINT LYING ON THE ARC OF A CURVE, CONCAVE TO NORTH, HAVING A RADIUS OF 43.21 FEET; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE ARCH OF SAID CURVE AND LOT LINE, 39.27 FEET THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 52°04'25”, THENCE S89°57'26”W, 36.82 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
