NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 22, 2018, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-002360 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and SUSANNE M. MORROW A/K/A SUSANNE MORROW; RICHARD G. MORROW A/K/A RICHARD MORROW A/K/A RICHARD G. MORROW, JR.; PALM COLONY AT PELICAN LANDING CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; PELICAN LANDING COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR GMACM HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-HE5; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants, the Office of Linda Doggett, Lee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 23 day of January, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit 102, Building N3, Phase 18, PALM COLONY AT PELICAN LANDING, a Condominium, and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the terms, covenants, restrictions and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2622, Page 3016 through 3261, inclusive, and any subsequent amendments thereto, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
