Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 16th day of August, 2018 and the Order Canceling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed on the 23 day of October, 2018 entered in case No. 18-CC-001347 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein G.B.S. CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER JANKOWSKI, ELEANOR M. JANKOWSKI, and WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of December, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 6-101, THE GARDENS AT BONITA SPRINGS, a Condominium according to Declaration thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 3959, Page 3785, as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
