NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 7 day of January, 2019, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:

Commencing at the Southwest comer of said Lot 10, Block J; thence N 01°03'31” W along the Westerly line of said lot for 165.00 feet to the Northwest corner of said lot; thence N 88°55'45” E along the Northerly line of said Lot 10 for 120.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue N 88°55'45” E along said Northerly line for 130.00 feet; thence S 01°03'31” E for 165.00 feet to the Southerly line of said Lot 10; thence S 88°55'45” W along the Southerly line of said Lot 10 for
85.00 feet; thence N 01°03'31” W along the East line of a parcel described in Official Records Book 1909 at page 1351 for 115.00 feet to the Northeast corner of said parcel; thence S 88°55'45” W along the North line of said parcel for 45.00 feet; thence N 01°03'31” W for 50.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Subject to an easement for ingress and egress over and across the southerly 15.00 feet thereof.
Bearings based on the West line of the Southwest One Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section 32 as bearing S 01°03'31” E.
