NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated Ocotber 24, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 18-CA-001272 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial
Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF10 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and PATRICK MURPHY; COLONIAL COUNTRY CLUB OF LEE COUNTY MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC; MILL CREEK AT COLONIAL SECTION IV CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; MILL CREEK AT COLONIAL RECREATION ASSOCIATION, INC;, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A ANNE BOWMAN, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 26 day of November, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2308, BUILDING 23, PHASE 1, MILL CREEK AT COLONIAL SECTION IV, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4645, PAGE 2524, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4686, PAGE 2594, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES HEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
