NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 24, 2018, entered in Case No. 18-CA-001708 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Residential Asset Securities Corporation, Home Equity Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-KS10 is the Plaintiff and Michelle Bolstad a/k/a Michelle Lynn Bolstad; Joseph Charles Goetz a/k/a Joseph Goetz; Ami Younisian, LLC; First Pacific, Inc.; City of Cape Coral, Florida; City of Cape Coral, Florida are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 26th day of November, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 13 AND 14, BLOCK 1837, UNIT 45, PART 1, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 135 THROUGH 150, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
