NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 15-CA-006905 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association, Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, BENEFICIARIES AND ALL OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF EMMA HOWELL A/K/A EMMA G. HOWELL, DECEASED. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on December 11, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
