NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 12, 2018, and entered in 17-CA-007508 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR6 is the Plaintiff and PAUL GOGOLEWSKI, AS TRUSTEE AND NOT PERSONALLY UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF A TRUST AGREEMENT DATED THE 14TH OF MARCH 2008, KNOWN AS SHAWNS LAND TRUST; JOHN LEBRON; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC.; CITIBANK, N.A.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA are the Defendant(s).
