NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure In Rem dated October 11, 2018 and entered in Civil Case No. 16-CA-000866 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and COLLAZO, MIGUEL, et al, are Defendants. The clerk PAT FRANK shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County On Line Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on January 16, 2019, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida as set forth in said Uniform Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure In Rem to-wit:
