NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 22, 2018 and entered in Case No.: 18-CA-6616 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF JACK PEEL and THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF JACK PEEL are the Defendants. Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on January 28, 2019 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 1, Block 5, Spillers Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 31, Page 53, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
